JOSEPH T.G. HARPER
Joe handles many cases involving real estate, landlord-tenant and construction law issues. Before he started his private practice, Joe was a contractor who helped his father building homes around the Puget Sound area. Joe is a local, community-oriented attorney.

He served as a Rule 9 intern in the Spokane County Prosecutor's office while in law school. After graduating and being admitted to practice law, Joe's practice has focused on handling landlord-tenant disputes, and advising landlords on evictions. He also handles construction dispute cases. You can also depend on him for legal assistance before opening a new business as well.
Joe enjoys activities like golfing, traveling, fishing, camping, and hiking around the state with his wife and kids. Contact Harper Law Offices! For your convenience, he is located in the Fern Hill Historic Business District.
