General Landlord-Tenant Services
Harper Law Offices, Inc. PS assists clients with a wide range of services focused on the landlord-tenant relationship including assistance with evictions, landlord-tenant disputes, compliance with the Fair Housing laws and the Residential Landlord Tenant Act. We also provide practical advice and consultation on operating a property management business.

Our services also include assisting with lease preparation for apartments and homes as well as for commercial property such as office buildings, lease review and negotiation, rental property purchases and sales, and evictions.

Evictions
We charge flat fees plus costs for landlord eviction matters. There may be additional fees if there is a response from the tenant and a show-cause hearing is required or if filing a motion for relief from stay is necessary. Our assistance includes initiating the process with the service of a proper notice through to the physical removal of a tenant.

To get started, we will need the following from you:

  • A copy of the Rental Agreement and any amendments;
  • A copy of the Notice which was served if done, otherwise we will assist with this step;
  • The name of the legal owner of the property;
  • The tenant's social security number and date of birth, if you have it.
